Blancco Management Portal is a combination of three different products. It was created via international collaboration with product managers, tech leads and developers. To identify usability issues, user testing was done to identify any usability issues that the target user might face when completing the most common tasks.

To investigate the value of the idea and plan a strategy before a project kick-off, I conducted primary qualitative research and ran ideation workshops for an e-learning platform for musicians wanted to create a specialised learning pathway for their customers.
